3. What categories are contested?

Category are Triathlon Sprint Individual, Sprint Relay, Aquathlon Individual, Sprint Relay.

4. What is the distance of each category?
  • Triathlon Sprint Distance : Swim 750 m, Bike 20 km, Run 5 km
  • Aquathlon Sprint Distance : Swim 750 m, Run 5 km
5. What are the Sprint Relay and Standard Relay categories?

Relay category, open for teams of 2-3 people to take turns completing each discipline, swimming, bicycle, running. The relay team participants are mixed, it can be a combination of male and female or one team of the same sex.

6. What is the minimum age for participants in each category?

● Junior: Minimum 15 years old, Maximum 17 years old
● Sprint: Minimum of 18 years old

10. How much is the ITB Jatiluhur International Triathlon registration fee?

11. What if the participant is a foreign national and is interested in taking the ITB Jatiluhur International Triathlon?

Foreign participants may join and participate in this race and are entitled to win the podium.

12. What do participants get by registering in this Contest?

Slots to compete in the ITB Jatiluhur International Triathlon, exclusive T-Shirts for Race Day according to the size chosen, chest / bib number, bike tags, helmet stickers, multi sports tags / timings, race kit bags and sponsor merchandise.

13. How do I know that my application has been received?

When registration and payment have been successful, a confirmation will appear on your computer screen to print. Participants will also receive a confirmation in the form of e-mail sent to the e-mail address you registered. Make sure you enter the correct e-mail address.

14. If I have already registered, may I decide not to participate in this competition for one reason or another?

Yes, you may withdraw from the Contest. If you resign, your registration fee will not be returned. But you are still entitled to the race package but NOT including finisher package (medal and finisher jersey).

15. Withdrawal Policy from the Race?

Participants who do not attend or cancel themselves to participate on race day for any reason will not get a refund. Race slots may not be transferred.

16. Can I change categories after I have registered?

You are not allowed to change categories if they are already registered. If you want to compete in another category, you must register again in the new category.

17. Can I make changes to the registration data after being registered as a participant?

Changes to data that can be made while registration is still open are writing the wrong name, gender and date of birth. Apart from these three points, data cannot be changed, and registration cannot be transferred. Category selection errors cannot be changed and must be re-registered with a new form.

18. Is it permissible to change the members of the Relay Team?

All competitors must match the registered team. It is not allowed to replace the Relay Team. If any differences between registered and registered participants are found, the Committee will disqualify the Team from the champion podium and from the race.

19. What if the confirmation email is accidentally deleted?

20. What payment method is used for registration?

Participants pay registration fees with a credit card and bank transfer which is directly carried out at registration.

   

   

  

  

21. Will there be a technical briefing before the race?

Yes. Detailed information about the technical schedule of the briefing will be emailed together with information about the schedule of taking the race package. Participants are required to pay attention when playing technical briefing videos to understand the competition rules and the latest information submitted from the Race Director.

22. Where and when can I collect my Race Package?

You can collect your race package during the scheduled Race Collection Day. The schedule for taking the Race Package at Jatiluhur Valley Resort will be disclosed soon.

23. What should I bring when collecting the Race Package?

The original proof of identity is a KTP / SIM / Passport / KITAS. Confirmation of retrieval in print or digital form.

24. Is the race package collection required?

Yes, because in the race package there is a chest number shirt and timekeeping chip and wristband of the participant which must be used while in the Jatiluhur area and during the event. All items must be used during the race.

25. Can I entrust the race package to someone else?

Collection of race packages can be represented on the condition that they bring proof of registration email and show ID according to registration.

26. Can I take the race package on race day?

Yes, 30 November 2025 04:00 WIB is the latest.

27. What are the contents of the Race package?

Slots to compete in the ITB International Jatiluhur Triathlon, exclusive T-shirts for Race Day according to the chosen size, participant wristbands, chest / bib numbers, bike tags, helmet stickers, multi sports tags / timings, race kit bags and sponsor merchandise.

28. Will Timing Chip / Multi Sports Tag be returned after the race finishes?

All chip timings must be returned to the committee when finished.

29. Where in the body where to install the Chip (Multi Sports Tag) during the
race?

Individual category chips (MST) must be placed on the left ankle. Installation of MST must be done once and pressed hard. Once pasted, it must not be removed to remain strong in water and land. The Relay (Team and Mixed) Chip (MST) category uses Velcro material that can be removed and replaced, which is very suitable for the Relay category.

30. Are there luggage storage?

There is a luggage storage area that will be informed of its location near race day.

32. What is the maximum time to complete the race?

4 hours for Triathlon (Individual and Team Relay) and Mixed Relay Team. 3 hours for Aquathlon (Individual and Team Relay) and Mixed Relay Team.

33. What do you get when you finish?

At the time of finishing within the specified time limit, you are entitled to a refreshment, an end medal. Participants who finish above the time limit of the race are declared DNF status and will not get an observer medal.

34. What will be obtained by participants who have already finished the race?

The finisher of the Race will get a medal.

35. What is the size of the ITB Jatiluhur International Triathlon T-shirt?

Available sizes are S, M, L, XL, XXL and can be seen on the registration page.

36. What if the T-shirt doesn’t fit the body? Can I still participate? Can I exchange the appropriate size?

When registering, make sure you choose the right size shirt. T-shirt size tables are provided on the registration page. Please note that exchanging shirt sizes at the time of Race Collection will not be served.

37. What drinks will be available during the race?

Isotonic drinks and mineral water will be provided at Hydration Point along the route and refresher tents after the finish line.

38. Can I race while carrying pets on the route?

Pets are not permitted in the area of ​​the race and the race route.

39. Are participants allowed to use bicycles, rollerblading or prams while racing in the race route?

Not allowed.

40. How many participants will attend this year’s Race?

It is estimated that around 500 triathletes in all categories will participate in this year’s Race.

41. What are the prizes up for grabs?

End of Race Competition 1-3 for the olympic and sprint distance category (Individual Men/ Women) of the General category will get a medal and a Prize. End of Race Competition 1-3 for the Sprint and Olympic distance categories (Individual Men / Women and Team Relays) of the Age Group category (other than the general category) will get medals and prizes.

42. What about the division of age group champions?

Age Groups are divided by:

43. Will there be a road closure?

Yes, there will be road closures whose systems open and close.
